Job summary

Private Advertiser on the Gold Coast seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, maintain high guest service, and support the Venue Manager in a waterfront venue.

You'll guide staff, run rosters, and deliver training per SOPs while maintaining a positive, energetic leadership presence across the team.

Qualifications

• Solid operational knowledge in hospitality and service delivery.
• Confident in shift reporting and rostering practices.
• Strong presentation and real presence on the floor.
• Willing to train and develop staff to standard SOPs.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and a true leader in a team.

Our focus is on the guest experience, so we're looking for a team member who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service. You'll assist the Venue Manager during busy times and work independently other times.
