Job summary

Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team in NSW. You will drive guest-centric service, lead a team in both service and production areas, and ensure merchandising, stock control, and safety standards are upheld daily.

You will develop team members, execute promotions, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused store culture aligned with our values.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:

• Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
• Employee development and leadership.
• Store merchandising.
• Stock management and stock control.
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests.
