Job summary

Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Restaurant Leadership Team member reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will drive service and production excellence, leading a team with a Guest Obsessed and People Power mindset to keep guests at the centre of our business.

Responsibilities include executing promotions, developing staff, store merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe workplace. You will coach and mentor colleagues while pursuing career growth within our expanding

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and encouraged to do their best work.

You will also be responsible for:

• Executing and monitoring promotional activities.

• Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members and guests.
