Strata Plus is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Strata Manager to join our team in Port Stephens. You will manage a diverse, long-standing portfolio of residential, commercial, and holiday-let strata schemes while building strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent License required.
• Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of strata legislation and its real-world application.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of strata and community properties, including budgeting, maintenance, repairs and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants and contractors for timely issue resolution.
• Chair and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings professionally.
• Maintain accurate records across your portfolio.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management.

What you will need to be successful:

• A current eligible NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent License


• Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio independently.


• A solid working knowledge of strata legislation and the confidence to apply it in real-world situations.


• Excellent meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Sound financial capability, with confidence in explaining budgets and financial impacts to owners.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strata management software


• Permanent residency in Australia.
