Job summary

Koko Black Group VIC Retail Area Manager is a hands-on leadership role guiding Store Managers, coaching leadership teams and driving commercial results across the region. You will balance strategic thinking with in-store leadership to deliver premium customer experiences and build an engaged, high-performing team.

Travel across the region to coach, develop and sustain a customer-first culture while championing operational excellence, visual merchandising and cost-aware resource management.

About the Role

As our Retail Area Manager, you'll partner closely with Store Managers to build engaged, high-performing teams across your region.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in stores coaching leaders, driving commercial performance and ensuring every customer experiences the very best of Koko Black.

You'll balance strategic thinking with operational excellence, empowering your teams to achieve results while creating an exceptional culture.

• A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire leaders to achieve their potential
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, productivity and profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• A collaborative leadership style built on trust, accountability and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to travel regularly across your region
