Koko Black Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Town Hall, Melbourne, to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium chocolate retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, stock control and store presentation, while coaching team members to elevate service standards and operational excellence.
