Job summary

Repco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sydney. You will work with the Store Manager to lead the team, supervise daily operations, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

Live our safety-first culture, develop colleagues, and ensure store standards. Previous supervisory retail or trade experience and automotive knowledge are ideal, with flexibility and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or trade.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
• Mechanical / automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy items; strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage daily operations.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment and perform opening/closing duties.
• Assist with stock management, planograms, and merchandising standards.
