Qualifications

• Supervisory or step-up readiness
• Retail or trade experience including sales/wholesale/workshop operations
• Basic mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
• Valid driver’s licence and flexible availability
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside the Store Manager to drive daily store operations
• Coach and develop team members for high-quality service
• Live and model genuine customer service, creating moments that matter
• Maintain safety as a priority and manage a safe work environment
• Fulfil opening and closing responsibilities as required
