Job summary

Repco in NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a team, ensuring outstanding service for customers. You will work closely with Store Managers to drive daily operations, sales and store standards.

You should bring leadership experience, retail know-how, and a passion for automotive parts. A valid driver's licence and flexible availability are preferred, with opportunities for training and career progression within a respected national brand.

Qualifications

• Have previous leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrate retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
• Have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage daily store operations with Store Managers.
• Coach and develop team members for excellent service.
• Provide safe, supportive environment and role model great customer service.
• Manage opening and closing duties.
