Genuine Parts Company, trading as Repco in Australia, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New South Wales. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

• Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
• Coach and develop team members
• Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
• Are safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members & customers
• Always set a positive example
• Often have opening and closing responsibilities

About you:

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step
• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledgeHave a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
• Prioritise safety
• Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving. We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience.
