Optus in Port Macquarie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to lead and energise the team, coach staff and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop a high‑performing culture, drive operations and strengthen customer relationships, while modelling care, integrity and accountability.

You will foster a positive store environment, mentor team members, and support day-to-day leadership with a focus on continuous improvement and inclusivity.
