Job summary

yd. Australia. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring strong sales, coaching, and a people-first culture that prioritises succession and retention.

You will coach and develop staff, deliver feedback, and work with the Area Manager to hit KPI targets while ensuring VM guidelines are followed and store standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a frontline team.
• Strong focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the store team to achieve people, performance, planning, and operational goals.
• Provide regular feedback prioritising professional development and internal progression.
• Drive sales and maintain VM guidelines to standard.
• Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss opportunities and actions.
• Serve as the on-duty manager on RMOs and annual leave.
