Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Paddington store in WA. You will support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.

You will take ownership of the store 2 days a week, lead the team, drive performance, and ensure smooth appointment book operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor or management level.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality.
• Willingness to work full-time on a Sunday to Thursday roster.
