Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast. You will lead the team, support the Store Manager and Optometrist, and drive the customer journey from eye test to frame selection.

This full-time role offers hands-on optical dispensing training, coaching from experienced leaders, internal progression, and a strong culture of promoting from within as Bailey Nelson expands across ANZ.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Due to exciting growth plans and recent internal promotions & moves across the business, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Pacific Fair store! who will bring energy, leadership, and a genuine love for customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
