Job summary

Bailey Nelson Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Paddington store. The ASM will support the Store Manager and Optometrist, lead the team two days a week, and ensure a smooth customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.

You will coach the team to deliver outstanding service, maintain the appointment book, and contribute to a high-performing store culture. This full-time role offers growth opportunities as the ANZ expansion continues.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
