Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role, working alongside the Store Manager to grow your leadership career.

You’ll oversee store operations, drive sales, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding our brand standards and culture across a Sunday–Thursday roster.

The Opportunity

Universal Store is looking for a driven and inspiring retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role. This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step ifyou’relooking to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.
