Job summary

Anaconda Group Pty Ltd is recruiting a Team Leader for our Brisbane stores. You will lead a multi-member team, coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while maintaining stock and merchandising standards.

Join a large-format outdoor retailer with a rotating roster and a focus on work-life balance, career growth, and staff benefits. This role requires full-time availability across late nights and weekends and Australia-wide working rights.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team up to 20
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing high stock volume
• Passion for outdoor/outdoor retail is a plus
• First Aid certified or willingness to be trained

• Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business

• Own product management within departments
• Drive sales to meet budgets and targets

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading our team and ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

• Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business
• Lead by example, coaching and developing your team to succeed
• Lead from the front, drive service, sales, merchandising & more!
• Take ownership of product management within each department
• Drive sales to smash budgets and targets- take your store to the next level!
• Ensure our customers receive outstanding service every time
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing high stock volume
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends
• Full working rights within Australia
