Job summary

Anaconda in Cairns, Queensland, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 30+ person team in a large-format retail environment, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and strong store performance.

You will drive P&L and KPI results, oversee stock and operations, and develop talent across a dynamic outdoor retailer network within the Spotlight Retail Group.

• Strong financial acumen with P&L analysis & forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

What We Are Looking For:

• Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
• Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
• A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Full working rights in Australia.
