Anaconda is seeking a proactive Team Leader in Queensland to guide a team of up to 20 and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role requires leading by example, coaching staff, and driving service, sales, and merchandising across the department.

You will take ownership of product management within each department, monitor sales trends, and ensure high stock availability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers and key performers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
