Job summary

Anaconda, part of Spotlight Retail Group, is seeking a Team Leader in Sydney to guide a large-format store. You will coach up to 20 staff, drive sales, and manage merchandising while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and a passion for outdoor products. You will work across late shifts and weekends with full-time availability and SRG employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
