Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a Store Manager for our NSW Armidale location to lead a 30+ person team and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a busy big-box environment.

You will drive performance through P&L oversight, stock management, visual merchandising, and strong communication, while fostering a collaborative culture and delivering safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
• Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
• Full working rights in Australia.
