Job summary

Anaconda in Australia is seeking a Team Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a dynamic team in a large-format store. You will inspire frontline staff to deliver service, sales and merchandising excellence while coaching the team and taking ownership of departmental product management.

The role requires the ability to lead up to 20 team members, inclusive scheduling, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a retail outdoor environment.

• Experience managing high stock volumes.

• Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing high stock volume
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense)
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends
• Full working rights within Australia
