Job summary

Anaconda is looking for a Team Leader to guide a busy store and ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience. You’ll support and lead the team, coaching for success and driving service, sales, and merchandising.

Take ownership of stock and product management across departments, manage a team of up to 20, and role-model exceptional communication and problem solving. The role offers a rotating roster and opportunities within Spotlight Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
