Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Mornington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to open our brand-new store in early October 2026. You’ll support the Store Manager and Optometrist, lead the team, and ensure a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection.

This full-time role requires a confident leader, excellent service, and Sunday to Thursday availability. We offer strong incentives, ongoing training, and clear internal progression as we expand across ANZ.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
