Bendon Lingerie in Moorabbin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional fitting experiences. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, ensure merchandise standards, stock processing, and KPI attainment. This role runs Sunday to Thursday and includes a 38-hour week.

Qualifications

• Retail and apparel experience is required.
• Ability to train and coach a team.
• BRA-FIT certification is preferred.

Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Moorabbin store!

About the Role:

38 Hours per week. Sunday to Thursday Roster.

Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
