Job summary

Bendon Limited invites applications for a Concession Manager in the MYER Indooroopilly store. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold Bendon's vision to empower women.

You will become BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fittings, manage operations including loss prevention, stock, and KPIs, and drive merchandising and sales analysis with regional partners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in retail.
• Strong customer service focus with KPI achievement.
• BRA-FIT certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide expert fitting guidance once BRA-FIT certified.
• Represent Bendon’s vision and empower customers with confidence.
• Oversee operations including loss prevention, stock processing and KPIs.
• Implement Bendon’s Visual Merchandising standards in the MYER PAD.
• Analyze sales data, reporting and rosters to optimize store performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to drive initiatives storewide.

Permanent Full Time | Tuesday - Saturday Roster

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
• Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
• Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
• Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
• Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
