Job summary

Bendon Lingerie is seeking a Concession Manager to elevate the MYER Karrinyup experience. You will lead a passionate team, deliver outstanding service, and align with Bendon’s brand standards.

This permanent part-time role runs Wednesday to Friday 9am–5:30pm and Saturday 9am–5pm, with a 12-week induction and opportunities for growth through the Bendon programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing retail teams
• Customer service excellence in retail
• Experience with stock processing and loss prevention
• Ability to analyze sales data and create rosters
• Familiarity with Visual Merchandising standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional service.
• Gain BRA-FIT certification to provide expert fittings.
• Uphold Bendon's vision and help women feel confident and comfortable.
• Oversee loss prevention, stock processing and KPI achievement.
• Apply Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards at MYER PAD.
• Analyze sales data, compile reports, and manage rosters.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on store and regional initiatives.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone who gets people, gets retail, and gets results - a Concession Manager ready to level up the MYER Karrinyup experience.

Permanent Part Time 31.5 hours per week | Wednesday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm | Saturday: 9am - 5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
• Representing Bendon's vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
• Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
• Implementing Bendon's Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
• Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
