You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, ensure merchandise standards, stock processing, and KPI attainment. This role runs Sunday to Thursday and includes a 38-hour week.

Qualifications

• Retail and apparel experience is required.
• Ability to train and coach a team.
• BRA-FIT certification is preferred.

• Support Store Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Coach team on Store Manager's RDOs.
• Oversee merchandising, stock processing and loss prevention.
• Drive KPI achievement and customer fitting experience.
