Bendon Lingerie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Moorabbin store in Victoria. The role is 38 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, supporting the Store Manager on daily operations and coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll bring retail and apparel experience, coach staff, and be Bra-Fit certified to guide fittings and customer interactions. Expect opportunities for growth, a supportive team culture, and performance-based incentives.

About the Role:

38 Hours per week. Sunday to Thursday Roster.

• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
