Job summary

Bendon Limited in Moorabbin is seeking a Fixed Term Store Manager to lead the daily operations, coach the team and inspire confidence among customers. This 6-month fixed term opportunity ends February 2027, with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

You will drive KPIs, merchandising excellence and create an inclusive space where every woman feels supported. You will work with a dedicated Regional Manager to ensure store success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading daily store operations and coaching a team.
• BRA-FIT certified expert to advise on fittings and service.
• Ability to create an inclusive and uplifting space for women.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of the store, leading, coaching and inspiring the team.
• Contribute as BRA-FIT certified expert in customer fittings.
