Job summary

Bendon Limited in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a frontline team and ensure exceptional customer service during fitting experiences. You will help manage the store on the manager's RDOs and drive a positive, empowering shopping environment.

You will drive merchandising, stock handling, loss prevention, and KPI achievement while delivering Bendon’s signature fitting guidance.

Qualifications

• Retail and apparel experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience coaching and training store teams on daily operations.
• BRA-FIT certification or willingness to become certified and advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with operational leadership and coverage on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Train, coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead merchandising, stock processing, and loss prevention to achieve KPIs.
• Interact with customers during fittings to create a confident, reassuring experience.
• Implement Bendon processes and drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Brisbane store!

About the Role:

This is a full time opportunity (38 Hours per week). Sunday & Monday: 9:45am - 6:15pm | Tuesday & Wednesday: 10am -6pm | Thursday: 10:45am - 6:15pm.

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
