Macpac is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Burnside Village to lead a busy team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a premium outdoor apparel environment.

You'll supervise, coach and motivate, manage stock and visual merchandising, and partner with the Store Manager to reach KPIs and ensure store standards. Experience in retail leadership and a passion for outdoors is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail supervisory/assistant management roles.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership presence.
• Ability to coach and motivate a frontline team to hit sales targets.
• Skilled in training, floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience with visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety and store security.

As An Assistant Manager, You're Key In Supporting The Store Manager To Help Your Store Reach Its Full Sales Potential, Operate Smoothly, And Create a Positive, Engaging Work Environment. To Thrive Here, You Should Ideally Have

• Management or supervisor experience.
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• An ability to motivate and inspire your team.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
