Job summary

Repco in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach the team, and drive outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead operations, develop staff, and ensure safety and efficiency across the floor.

The role suits someone with supervisory experience in retail or workshop environments, a willingness to learn, a valid driver’s licence, and the flexibility to cover opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail or workshop settings.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, or workshop operations is desirable.
• Ideally knowledge of automotive parts and mechanics.
• Holder of a valid driver’s licence and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Coach and develop team members and model excellent customer care.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve store goals and safety standards.
• Open and close the store as required and manage daily tasks.
