Job summary

Repco in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and support a team focused on outstanding customer service. You will work with the Store Manager to drive results, coach staff, and ensure safety and consistency across shifts.

Applicants should bring supervisory or retail experience, plus a willingness to learn about automotive parts. A valid driver’s licence and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/workshop operations experience
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
• Prioritise safety

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team, and managing operations to achieve success
• Coach and develop team members
• Live, breathe & role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
