Repco in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, coach staff, and model safety while lifting and handling products. Flexibility in shifts and a valid driver’s licence are desirable. This role offers a supportive team and opportunities for career growth within Repco.

Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or trade is preferred.
• Experience with sales, wholesale or workshop operations.
• Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is advantageous.
