Repco is Australia’s leader in Automotive Aftermarket Parts. Assistant Store Manager role involves working closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.

Demonstrate safety leadership, develop staff, and provide outstanding service to customers. The role may require opening and closing duties and a flexible schedule; a valid driver’s licence is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
• Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge.
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
• Prioritise safety.
