T2 is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager for our Wynyard Place store in Sydney. You will assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, manage stock and visual merchandising, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail with at least 3 years in a management role preferred.
• Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve KPIs.

• Support operational excellence across inventory, rostering, visual merchandising and store presentation.
