Job summary

T2 Tea in Chatswood Chase is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the store.

You’ll coach staff, handle stock and deliveries, and contribute to achieving budgeted sales while maintaining the brand’s tea-for-life experience. This role includes regular Sunday work and a collaborative team culture. You will receive training, incentives, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Previous team leader or management experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management of the retail store and lead the team
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage store costs
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Support training in customer service, product knowledge and operations
• Encourage development with timely feedback
• Regular Sunday work is required
