Repco is a leading Australian automotive aftermarket retailer seeking a Store Manager in Queensland. You will lead and develop a retail and trade specialist team, drive sales and profit, and ensure high service standards.

The role requires a strong safety focus and customer‑centric leadership across multi- channel operations. You will manage financial and operational performance, motivate staff, and act as a brand ambassador in theRepco network and local community.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Experience with multi-network operations, sales, wholesale or workshop operations is desirable.
• Strong focus on workplace safety at all times.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and create memorable moments.
• Solution-focused problem solver with proactive mindset.
• Solid computer skills and software literacy.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
