You will support the Store Manager, manage on-duty coverage, and collaborate with area leadership to meet KPIs, budgets and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive overall store performance.

• Conduct regular store walks with the Manager to discuss opportunities and actions.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to team for growth.
• Assist with VM guide execution and visual standards.
