Starbucks Australia is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for North Lakes to lead store operations alongside the Store Manager and train a high-performing team.

You’ll drive exceptional customer experiences, manage rostering, budgets and P&L, and help create a welcoming Third Place for communities.

This full-time role includes guaranteed hours, paid training, ongoing mentoring, and progression toward Store Manager, plus partner discounts and wellness support.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of progressively responsible experience including at least 1 year in a customer-facing role
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in store leadership roles within hospitality or quick service
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets and P&L reports
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment
