Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rockhampton for a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week). You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead operations, coach a high-performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous store leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or quick service restaurant.
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance.
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and P&L reports.
• Proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
