Job summary

Repco in Berri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate team and drive daily store operations. You will help customers find the right parts, coach staff, and model outstanding service in a safety-conscious environment near Riverland attractions.

You will have supervisory experience or be ready to take the next step, with retail or workshop experience and a basic knowledge of automotive parts. A valid driver’s licence and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or readiness for step up.
• Retail or trade experience including sales, wholesale, or workshop operations.
• Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support store operations to meet targets.
• Coach and develop team members for growth.
• Deliver genuine customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Ensure safety-first environment for staff and customers.
• Manage opening/closing duties and stock handling.
