Job summary

Repco, part of Genuine Parts Company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Berri to lead a passionate team and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support Store Managers, coach staff, and help manage operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. Training and development opportunities are available, with a commitment to work-life balance and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including lifting and handling heavy products).
• Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock; a hands-on role with lifting, bending and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and collaborate with Store Managers to drive store operations.
• Coach and develop team members while delivering genuine service to customers.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Prioritise safety and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.
