Job summary

Koko Black Group in Doncaster is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team in delivering premium chocolate experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You'll coach team members, manage stock, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performance environment. A passion for premium products and a collaborative leadership style will help you thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role.
