Job summary

endota North Adelaide is seeking a training manager/2IC to work with the spa manager, training staff and sharing leadership duties. Hold a minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy; previous experience in an Assistant Management/2IC role is required.

You will perform and teach services from massages and facials to advanced treatments, with strong skin knowledge and polished presentation. This full-time role offers a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and access to endota perks including

Our spa is buzzing with positive energy and a supportive team that feels more like family. We are looking for a 2IC to work with the spa manager in a role training staff and leadership duties.

As an endota spa training manager/2IC you will:

Hold a minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy (previous industry experience or training role is required).

Previous experience in an Assistant Management/2IC or leadership role.

Able to perform and teach an array of services from massages, facials to spa packages and advance treatments including Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, Electro-mesotherapy, LED Light Therapy.

Be passionate about helping others deliver high-quality, immersive experiences. Sound knowledge in skin biology, products and active ingredients.

Have strong communication skills and a polished personal presentation.

Feel confident delivering feedback and hosting training sessions regularly.

Confident with front-of-house administration, including diary management, stocktake, and handling all reception tasks.

Cover management leave when required.

Full-time availability. Part-time potentially for the right candidate.
