Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Sous Chef to lead and support the busy Harvest Buffet kitchen. You will help drive high standards, coach staff, and manage stock and costs while maintaining exceptional food quality and service.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Join The Star Gold Coast as the Assistant Sous Chef in Harvest Buffet where you will support the smooth and efficient execution of high-quality food service at one of our busiest restaurants! As the Assistant Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in supporting and motivating the team while consistently delivering exceptional food quality and service standards. You will help uphold the highest levels of food safety and hygiene, effectively manage stock and costs, and contribute to the development and coaching of team members to drive a high-performing kitchen culture.

The salary on offer for this role is $82,142 base salary + 12% superannuation. ($92,000 package)
