The Star Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Sous Chef to lead and support the busy Harvest Buffet kitchen. You will help drive high standards, coach staff, and manage stock and costs while maintaining exceptional food quality and service.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to drive quality and consistency with a passion for food.

• Knowledge of food and labour cost controls; basic computer skills.
• Warm, engaging personality; pride in delivering a memorable product.
