Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking passionate and experienced Chefs to join our growing Culinary team across our award-winning dining venues. Work alongside skilled colleagues in a dynamic, high-volume kitchen and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests every day.

We offer competitive hourly rates with penalties for nights and weekends, on-site meals, uniform care, parking discounts and staff discounts across our venues.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is required or preferred.
• Experience in busy high-end kitchen environments is essential.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities are required.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced setting and work as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrated passion for the culinary arts and high-quality service.
