Job summary

The Star Gold Coast is seeking passionate chefs to join our culinary teams specializing in Asian cuisine. You will work alongside our experienced chefs in Uncle Su, crafting Cantonese, Beijing and Szechu­an dishes while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

We offer competitive hourly rates with penalties for nights and weekends, complimentary meals on site, uniform laundering, parking discounts, and staff discounts across our venues.

Qualifications

• Experience with woks in a busy high-end kitchen.
• Cantonese/Mandarin language skills highly regarded.
• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
